The Role: We’re looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our global team. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of strategic accounts and act as a trusted advisor to our clients—ensuring satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with 5–10 years of experience in account management within financial technology or a related sector.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, primarily in our GP vertical.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, investment strategy, and use of the Dynamo platform.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell, in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally coordinating with Product, Client Services, and Support to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor client health and proactively resolve challenges to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate clients on new features, product enhancements, and best practices to maximize platform adoption and value.
  • Travel as needed for onsite client meetings, QBRs, and industry events.

What You Bring:

  • 5–10 years of client-facing experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success, preferably in fintech, investment software, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of the alternative investment landscape (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, real estate, institutional investors).
  • Ability to lead complex conversations with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Experience working with or managing technical product deployments is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working across teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to clients and a key partner to internal teams.
