SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

LOCATION: Dordrecht, Netherlands (with some remote working flexibility)

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for HR support to managers and employees of e2open’s business operations in the Netherlands. Working closely with the Europe HR team the person will also be involved in local and regional HR projects and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITES:

The purpose of this position is to provide HR operational support and an excellent working experience to around 140 employees in the Netherlands.

The responsibilities are broad and varied; including:

  • Ensuring all HR operational and administrative tasks are carried out promptly and accurately e.g new hire onboarding, organizational changes, holidays and sickness, immigration and benefits administration.
  • Working with our HR Operations team to ensure all HR systems and records are maintained accurately and internal processes are followed.
  • Working closely with the local Finance team ensuring that all payroll changes are authorized, input and processed promptly each month. Answer queries by employees on payroll matters.
  • Working with the HR Business Partner for the Netherlands ensuring that local HR policies and procedures are compliant properly communicated to employees.
  • Use the HR information systems to provide reports and data for HR colleagues and managers
  • Provide advice and support to local managers and employees, involving others in the HR team as necessary.
  • Handle all manager or employee enquiries promptly, accurately and fully.
  • Work with the local Facilities team to provide a programme of social events during the year.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Attention to detail, thorough and accurate. Able to handle a diverse workload and work to agreed deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) in English & Dutch language.
  • Good customer-service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests.
  • Able to handle sensitive personal data and information carefully and confidentially.
  • Experience in administration of HRIS system, i.e. UKG Pro, SAP, ADP payroll
  • Computer literacy, analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and date are required.
  • Degree level education or equivalent, ideally in an HR or business discipline

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

General office environment and responsibilities requiring:

  • Extensive use of the computer viewing a monitor and keyboarding for much of the workday
  • Placing and receiving calls, joining meetings via voice and video channels
  • Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 9kg
