Solutions Consultant - Global Trade Management

What You'll Do:

• Be a Strategic Leader: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and positioning the e2open Global Trade Management solutions to meet their business needs.
• Drive the Sales Process: Lead customer discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops that showcase the value of e2open’s solutions.
• Develop Compelling Solutions: Analyze client challenges, design tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the business value of e2open’s offerings.
• Build Relationships: Establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and ensure customer success.
• Influence the Future: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions continue to evolve and meet market demands.
• Be a Thought Leader: Represent e2open at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings, sharing your expertise and building awareness of our brand.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Advanced degrees in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering are a plus).
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or software pre-sales.
• Expertise in global trade management and supply chain transformation, with experience in industries such as electronics, manufacturing, CPG, automotive, and more is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence executives.
• Knowledge of enterprise software, AI/ML technologies, ERP systems, and systems integration.
• A self-starter mentality with a strong ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
