POSITION OVERVIEW

The Software Engineer role is a just above beginner level position within the e2open customer operation automation team which helps in customer operations daily deliverable activities. Understanding the customer requirements and following the software life cycle in implementation. Ultimately, the role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Understand the existing Code base.
  • Support for Customer queries.
  • Support for Customer deliverables if there are any failures.
  • Monitoring the tools which have daily Jobs executions.
  • On-call support for daily customer deliverables in case of failures.
  • Inform the respective manager immediately in case of failures.
  • Internal Improvements for Customer Operations efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Btech from Computer Science Background
  • BCA or MCA which are from Computer Science Background.
  • Having 1-2 years’ experience on Informatica Power Center and SQL
  • Quick Learner and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Good Communication and Collaboration with team members

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • General office environment and responsibilities requiring:
    • Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday
    • Placing and receiving phone calls
    • Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds
    • May require X% travel or more if needed
