Overview
Edifecs is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic products team. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding our products from conception through launch and beyond, managing the entire product lifecycle. You will be instrumental in integrating our new product with various partner products. Your expertise will be key to ensuring seamless integration, particularly in the realm of claims management and standard EDI processes.
- Draft requirements by analyzing and understanding companion guides and map to Product Business Rules and guidelines.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, workflow definitions, use cases, scenarios based on Edifecs Product Specifications
- Track state or CMS websites for data submissions enhancements, understand the requirements and develop product impact requirements document
- Communication with customers on Requirement Changes and Release notifications.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs.
- Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the following artifacts: BRD, Use cases, GUI, screens and interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to develop product specification documents, business architecture and state transition, solution design etc. Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirement definition, management systems and methodologies required.
What you will bring:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or MBA related fields; Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and/or Healthcare (AHM 250) is a plus.
- 4+ years’ experience as a business analyst/ Systems Analyst
- Good understanding of Healthcare reforms and regulatory framework
- Strong knowledge on claim processing across all lines of business
- Experience working on Claims Editing, Claims Integrations and Claims Adjudiciation Systems.
- Strong Knowledge on HIPAA X12 837, 834, 270, 271 and 834 transactions
- Experience in Claims Corrections and operations including understanding the acknowledgement processing like 999, 277, etc.
- Ability to document product features and functionalities by analyzing various state or CMS requirements for claims.
- Experience in interpreting requirements and developing functional specifications
Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $112,096 - $164,407 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
