Sr. Product Manager- Analytics Solutions



Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the product vision and strategy for analytics solutions in healthcare. You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful go-to-market strategies. You will conduct market research, maintain product roadmaps, and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in analytics and healthcare. What you will do:

  • Analytics Product Development: Define and execute the product roadmap for analytics solutions, focusing on data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Requirement Definition: Understand and define requirements for analytics solutions, focusing on user needs, data sources, data visualization, and actionable insights.
  • Requirement Elicitation: Utilize methods such as interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, workflow definitions, use cases, and scenarios.
  • Draft Requirements: Analyze and understand data integration standards, companion guides, and map to product business rules and guidelines.
  • Research and Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for analytics features, including predictive models, data dashboards, and advanced reporting.
  • Customer Communication: Lead discussions with customers to understand their analytics needs, conduct demos, and gather usability feedback.
  • Information Evaluation: Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to develop product specification documents, solution design, and state transition models.
  • Multi-initiative Engagement: Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, focusing on different aspects of analytics product development.
  • Customer Success: Gather product usability feedback and drive customer success initiatives for analytics solutions.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry events and support industry groups related to healthcare analytics, data integration, and business intelligence


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technology field preferred, or equivalent experience. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and/or Healthcare (AHM 250) is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience as a System Analyst/Product Manager, preferably with a focus on analytics products.
  • Hands-on experience in developing analytics solutions, preferably within the healthcare domain.
  • Proficiency in analytics frameworks, data visualization tools, and data integration technologies. Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus.
  • Good understanding and experience in designing and architecting cloud-based analytics solutions.
  • Experience with SaaS products, understanding the concept of containerization, multi-tenancy, data security, data privacy.
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards, such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and other EDI transactions, is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile processes, writing user stories, wireframing, and defining analytics product requirements.
  • Proven experience in product development and management from conceptualization to delivery and implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and other teams.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Experience in testing and user acceptance testing for large enterprise systems.

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $135,636 - $195,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
