Description

As the Field & Channel Marketing Specialist Rest of the World (ROW), you will play a crucial role in implementing and adapting the overall marketing plan for the regions EU North, MEA & SAARC and North America. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of our marketing processes across those Regions. Your expertise in project management will strongly contribute to achieving our business goals.

The role involves the execution of global campaigns at a local level in keeping with set guidelines and objectives. You will be involved in monitoring marketing budgets and performances both for field & channel marketing activities. You will create project plans, work cross-functionally, gather resources, and implement projects. This position reports to the Global Marketing Operations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing

  • Ensure all events and marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
  • Organize and coordinate events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Design, Sales) to ensure event messaging, demos, deliverables are executed according to strategy
  • Evaluate event performance and convert into actionable improvements to the overall event participation planning
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Sales teams to determine market specific strategies, including support/participation in local initiatives to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage the hands-on day-to-day execution of marketing plans, deliverables, and action items for identified markets.
  • Create and maintain project timelines and schedules for initiatives - detailing specific tasks, responsible parties, and monitoring task completion using Project Management tool (Zoho Project).

Channel Marketing

  • Support and manage the EU North, MEA & SAARC and North America channel co-marketing strategy (both to and through) to deliver relevant, local marketing and demand-generation initiatives in tight collaboration with the local partners and channel managers
  • Support yearly Channel Marketing Plans: building the development and execution of the marketing programs that target specific channel partners to promote EfficientIP’s services and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver marketing toolkits, co-branded collateral, and campaign assets to channel partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Building relationships, campaign adoption and increasing partner marketing productivity in order to scale efforts in Europe.

Digital Marketing

  • Create and implement local and relevant organic social media strategies to increase audience engagement across our multiple channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X) and, as required, through EfficientIP list of influencers.

Marketing Tech Stack

  • Creation of Purchase Orders, invoice management and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to monitor and track marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Assignment of leads to the relevant campaign and sales representative in Zoho CRM, track ROI on each activity.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Master Degree in Marketing;
  • Experience: 3+ years in field marketing, channel marketing, or a related sales-support role (B2B experience preferred in tech environment).
  • Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills; you should be as comfortable talking to a CEO as you are with a warehouse manager.
  • Interest in IT and learning about the “guts” of the internet and networks
  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple regional campaigns and event timelines simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Zoho is preferred).
  • Creativity, organization, reliability and punctuality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite a plus
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
