We are looking for a passionate and visionary Head of Product Management to lead our product management and UX teams within EG Healthcare in Denmark and Norway. Your role and responsibilities: As our Head of Product Management, you will be a key member of our Healthcare management team, reporting directly to the SVP based in Norway. Your responsibilities will include:

• Management Team Participation: Contribute strategically to the Healthcare management team, shaping business growth and innovation.
• Customer advocacy: Drive the agile process to understand users' and customers' needs, communicate the customers' voice, and support customer success efforts through structured feedback loops.
• Product Management Leadership: Set clear product direction through product and portfolio strategy, driving product development initiatives to achieve strong market fit and strategic goals.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and empower a talented team consisting of Product Managers, UX specialists, and student assistants (approx. 6-8 team members).
• Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead critical modernization initiatives, including transitioning select products into a platform that will help solve tomorrow's needs within healthcare.
• Coaching and Development: Foster a commercial mindset and strategic approach within the product management team through effective mentoring and coaching.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless cooperation with development, sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to successfully deliver our products to the market.

Required competencies to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 5 years of product management leadership experience, ideally in a SaaS or software environment.
• A strong commercial mindset.
• Experience in healthcare or medical sectors is an advantage.
• Proven capability in defining and executing product and portfolio strategies, ideally involving platforms shared across multiple customer segments.
• Experience with structured product frameworks and governance processes, ensuring disciplined execution and clear accountability.
• Strong interest or experience in leveraging AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Powerful coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Structured and innovative thinker, with a clear ability to set strategic direction and execute effectively.

Location and travel: You must be based in either Norway or Denmark, preferably around the Oslo area. Regular travel between Denmark and Norway is required.
