As part of the department
As a Project Manager at EG CheckWare, you'll get a unique opportunity to lead exciting projects, from mapping out customer needs to implementing new digital health services for our customers. You'll help shape the future of healthcare, with digital patient engagement at the heart of it. The role is based in Trondheim and you will report to Odd Ivar Abusland, Manager, Professional Services.

We're looking for someone with natural leadership qualities, strong execution skills, and a combination of technical and commercial understanding. We move at a high pace, and you'll need to be motivated to make an impact in an ambitious company in a fast-growing market. Working with us, you'll stay close to industry trends and collaborate with some of the most ambitious customers in the digitalization of the healthcare sector.

Our solutions enable patients to participate digitally in their own treatment and take greater responsibility for their own health. Our customers, hospitals and clinics, can thereby streamline the collection and follow-up of health information.

CheckWare is market leader in Norway and has the ambition to become a significant international player in digital patient engagement. This role may also offer the opportunity to contribute to building CheckWare internationally.

Your Tasks: Lead Projects and Deliver Real Impact

• Lead our delivery projects and adapt solutions to customers in line with delivery requirements.

• Build deep knowledge of customer needs and our solutions.

• Advise our customers on how to best implement digital health services.

• Contribute to sales, proposal, and tender processes.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and professional networks.

You are the ideal candidate if you

• Live in Norway.

• Have a relevant degree in technology or business/economics.

• Have experience leading and delivering software delivery projects for customers.

• Are structured and methodical, with strong skills in organizing cross-functional teams under time pressure.

• Have a cross-disciplinary profile and a strong interest in health and digital solutions.

• Have knowledge of, or experience working with, the healthcare sector.

• Have commercial and technical understanding.

• Have a genuine interest in, and ideally some experience with, how AI can support and strengthen project delivery and our customer solutions.

• Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Norwegian and English. Additional languages are an advantage.

• Are a natural relationship builder: enthusiastic, self-driven, and opportunity-oriented.
