Our growing Cyber Security Company is hiring for a SAP S/4 HANA Functional Lead to help us evolve our SAP S4 Hana platform and identify key areas to accelerate revenue and scale the business efficiently for rapid growth. This position will be a member of the SAP COE, reporting to COE Leader.
The candidate will lead the enhancement and project work to automate manual effort for Forcepoint Business back office. Typical activity may include working closely with Cross Functional IT Peers and Forcepoint Backoffice Business Partners in gathering requirements and providing Standard Simple Robust SAP Solutions.
This position will also lead our Support efforts towards IT process and administrative improvement opportunities. This position provides guidance to departmental and divisional business/technical management on IT strategies and initiatives

Essential Functions

  • Good knowledge of Procure to Pay cycles.
  • Should know MM configurations and good application knowledge in SAP-MM-IM and SAP-MM-PO area.
  • Supports all current MM functionality and integration with other SAP modules and applications outside SAP
  • Ability to work independently as well as with international teams
  • Strong knowledge of MM integration with FI.
  • Assist end users in resolving and identifying system issues by providing application knowledge and technical expertise
  • Debugging skills would be an added advantage
  • Identifies and corrects application software problems
  • Assist end users in resolving and identifying system issues by providing application knowledge and technical expertise
  • Participates in gathering functional requirements in partnership with other application teams and prepares detailed functional specifications from which programs are written
  • Designs, configures, tests, debugs and documents programs
  • Collaborates with development teams for custom code
  • Participates in generation of user documentation
  • Experienced in complex implementations that include custom solutions around SAP (user exits, enhancements, customer programs)
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
  • Open to learn and stays up to date on next generation applications in SAP ecosystem
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Your background highlights:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS, MIS, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Windows 2008/2012 Server required
  • Knowledge of computer software, including financial accounting software, cloud-based CRM applications, SQL language and reporting.
  • Experience supporting Finance & Accounting teams including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of the Accounting team processes and terminology.
  • Production support experience including working from a support queue, managing SLAs and working with global end users
  • Excellent documentation experience
  • Must be familiar with writing and executing SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server.

What puts you at an advantage:

  • Minimum of (4)+ years’ experience as hands on MM implementer
  • Expertise in SAP S4 Hana Suite Applications i.e. – MM,
  • Experience in Consolidation with SAP S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting is a big plus
  • Experience in implementing S/4 Hana Advance Compliance Reporting is a big plus
