Years of experience- 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Agile projects from initiation to closure, using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software products.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time with stated quality goals and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate as necessary.

Produce reports on project status, risks, issues and resource utilization for executive and stakeholders.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to ensure clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration.

Manage the organization's project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals and delivered as per product roadmap and customer commitment
Manage project documentation, including user stories, product backlogs, sprint plans, and release plans.
Coach and mentor Agile team members on Agile best practices and principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).

Over 10 yrs of experience with at least 3 years of progressive experience in project management managing complex projects and leading project teams.

Proven track record of successfully managing Agile software development projects.
Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or similar.
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
