We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team in the field of data security. As the Quality Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS product. You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 6 automation engineers, overseeing the entire quality process, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 to 6 automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Define and execute the overall quality strategy and roadmap for the product, aligning it with business goals and customer expectations.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive test plan that covers all aspects of the product, including functional, performance, security, and scalability testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure that quality requirements are well-defined and integrated into the development lifecycle.

  • Drive the design and implementation of test cases, test suites, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our product.

  • Continuously improve and enhance the quality process, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and test coverage.

  • Analyze and report on quality metrics, test results, and defects to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their technical competence.

Requirements

  • BSc in computer science or other related field /graduate of IDF technology unit

  • At least 4 years' experience leading automation teams

  • 3+ years of experience in C#

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS/Azure/GCP

  • Experience in Phyton- an advantage

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripting languages

  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices.

  • Proficient in test planning, test design, and test implementation across various types of testing, including functional, performance, security, and scalability testing.

  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Experience with large scale systems or products for enterprise customer

  • Leadership qualities that lead and attract the best talent in the industry

  • Passion for people, quality, technology, and architecture

  • Excellent team player.

  • Fluent English - reading and writing.
