Sr. Manager, Strategic Alliances will lead all business and technical aspects of growing the ecosystem of Forcepoint solutions. In this exciting role, you will interface with leading vendors in the industry, and collaborate with Forcepoint Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and other parts of the organization to create high-value solutions for our joint customers.

What you’ll be doing:

· Creating a Strategic Alliance ecosystem for Forcepoint products and solutions

· Identifying and pursuing new market segments, technologies, companies, and products to continuously expand Forcepoint solution ecosystem

· Negotiating business terms and agreements with new Alliances, working closely with Forcepoint Legal and Procurement organizations

· Managing a small team of remote TMEs in designing and building the joint solutions

· Engaging with Sales / Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, and Dev Engineering to understand customer requirements and create joint value-prop solutions

· Guiding the deployment of Forcepoint + Strategic Alliance partner products in a lab environment to dev and test interoperability, including building the necessary connectors/APIs and configurations for customers to deploy a reliable joint solution easily at scale

· Leading joint GTM initiatives working closely with Strategic Alliance peers, including the development of Sales and Solutions Briefs, and marketing materials to enable Forcepoint and Strategic Alliance sales, end-customers, and channel partners

Required skills and experiences:

· BS in Computer Science / Engineering, or BA in Business, or similar degree and 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent work experience

· Strong interpersonal skills for working with a wide variety of Strategic Alliance partners, customers, and internal stakeholders

· Management experience of a small remote technical team

· Well versed with various IT security, network, and management products and tools, including SSE, CASB, Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway, firewalls, routers, SIEM/SOAR products, endpoint security, and cloud technologies

· Ability to manage time efficiently – working independently and on a team
