The Endpoint team is an essential part of a global team that designs and develops Forcepoint’s Windows, Linux and MAC capabilities to scale to meet the needs of hundreds of millions of Forcepoint users. We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, independent hard worker who wants to be part of a winning team.

This role combines CI and software development. You will collaborate with team members at all levels to provide tooling and automation to help us reach our objectives more quickly.

You'll take ownership of major components of our internal infrastructure, ensuring they operate smoothly and continually seeking opportunities for improvement. You will create tools and processes that enhance our team's productivity and increase the efficiency of our Endpoint application development and deployment process.

You'll also lead the effort for triaging and resolving developer/test support requests across the organization. You'll leverage your experience in debugging issues to solve problems, big and small. Your eye for detail will help us optimize our practices, improving how we support our global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all CI activities across multiple projects.
  • Proposing and driving architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
  • Developing configuration and infrastructure solutions for internal deployments
  • Updating, tracking and resolving technical issues.
  • Proactive ownership of build process
  • Evaluate new technology options and vendor products. Ensuring critical system security using best-in-class security solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, CI, or IT operations roles.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects.
  • Intermediate programming ability in following languages (e.g., C++, Python or groovy).
  • Intermediate understanding of Windows and Mac build tools (Visual Studio, Xcode).
  • Experience and comfort on the Linux command line.
  • Good understanding of binary/driver signing process for MacOS and Windows.
  • Good understanding of package and installer generation for MacOS and Windows platforms WIX.
  • Expert with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github, Artifactory).
  • Experience working with VMWare toolset (vSphere etc.) and implementing solutions for Infrastructure lab.
  • Experience with Agile & Jira
  • Passion for helping people and enabling them to solve problems.

  • Commitment to the broader range of product development goals
  • Desire to develop talent and mentor junior engineers.
  • Experience working in a cross functional organization with distributed teams.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork ethic within a diverse team environment.
