Forcepoint is seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Technology Alliance Leader to join our GTM team. This pivotal role blends the disciplines of Business Development, and Sales to lead our Technology Alliance Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management orientation with a passion for driving product success and go-to-market growth through strategic alliances.

The Global Technology Alliance Leader will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key technology partners, developing joint go-to-market solutions and strategies, and ensuring the successful integration and adoption of Forcepoint solutions with partner technologies. This role will focus on expanding our product ecosystem, increasing market relevance, growing market share, and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Alliance Strategy Development:
    • Define and execute the overall strategy for the Technology Alliance Program in alignment with company goals.
    • Identify and prioritize potential technology partners that align with our product roadmap and go-to-market objectives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Team Building and Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for driving the success of the Technology Alliance Program.
    • Recruit, mentor, and manage resources dedicated to alliance management, including those responsible for developing integrations between Forcepoint and third-party partners.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Product Management Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Product Management team to ensure that partner technologies complement and enhance our product offerings.
    • Identify opportunities for co-innovation and co-development with partners to create differentiated products and solutions.
    • Act as the voice of the partner in product planning and prioritization processes.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership:
    • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-marketing campaigns, joint solution offerings, and coordinated sales efforts.
    • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create enablement materials, training programs, and promotional content that highlights the value of technology alliances.
    • Drive market awareness and demand generation activities to support alliance-driven revenue growth.
  • Program Management:
    • Lead the execution of the Technology Alliance Program, including partner onboarding, joint solution development, and go-to-market initiatives.
    • Track and measure the success of alliances through key performance indicators (KPIs), including partner-influenced revenue, product adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously optimize the program based on performance metrics and feedback from partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner technologies and alignment on go-to-market strategies.
    • Act as a central point of contact for all alliance-related activities within the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree beneficial.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, or a related role, with a focus on technology alliances or partnerships.
    • Proven track record of driving product success and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
    • Experience in the technology industry, with a deep understanding of product development, go-to-market strategies, and partner ecosystems.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global role, with a track record of managing technology alliances across different regions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends that can impact product strategy and alliances.
