We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Risk Adaptive Protection capabilities across Forcepoint’s cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a strong product mindset, experience with cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity risks and adaptive policy enforcement.

You will be responsible for defining and executing product strategy that intelligently adapts to user behavior, contextual signals, and organizational risk posture—ensuring our customers can secure their environments effectively and dynamically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and strategy for Risk Adaptive Protection as a horizontal capability, with a focus on enabling consistent experiences across endpoint, cloud, and SaaS channels.

  • Collaborate across product teams to gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements related to contextual risk, adaptive controls, and user behavior signals.

  • Build and maintain a capability roadmap that aligns the needs of multiple product areas into a unified strategy for adaptive protection.

  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and emerging threats into clear product requirements and features.

  • Work closely with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models, risk scoring, and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) into the product experience.

  • Lead cross-functional planning, development, and launch of product features.

  • Help define KPIs and success metrics to assess the adoption and impact of horizontal risk capabilities.

  • Stay current with cybersecurity threats, compliance drivers, and SaaS application ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or SaaS.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct ownership—comfortable driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and product lines.

  • Solid understanding of risk models, adaptive security, and user behavior analytics (UEBA).

  • Exposure to or working knowledge of AI/ML-driven product capabilities.

  • Strong technical fluency—comfortable collaborating with engineering and data science teams.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in Agile product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern data protection, DLP, CASB, or identity and access management products.

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).

  • Previous experience working in a high-growth or early-stage company environment.

  • Background in cybersecurity architecture or security operations is a plus.

Don’t meet every single qualification? Studies show people are hesitant to apply if they don’t meet all requirements listed in a job posting. Forcepoint is focused on building an inclusive and diverse workplace – so if there is something slightly different about your previous experience, but it otherwise aligns and you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply. You could be a great candidate for this or other roles on our team.
