The Graphic Designer is an integral member of the Corporate Marketing team providing design and creative support across all major Forcepoint marketing functions – corporate communications, brand advertising, social media, events, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and marketing collateral. As Graphic Designer you will play a critical role in helping to communicate the overall brand look and feel throughout all marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have creative design experience with excellent attention to detail; experience at a conceptual level would be a real bonus. In addition, you will have a positive attitude, be passionate about design, and hungry to learn about our industry. You will be motivated, have a strong work ethic, and produce quality, detailed work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment. Candidates will be required to provide a portfolio of previous work.

The Graphic Designer reports to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver creative concepts, designs and layouts for all deliverables with high attention to detail
Support the creation and evolution of marketing collateral including presentations, eBooks, digital ads, signage, infographics, emails, datasheets, case studies, brochures, booths and printed media for events.
Create graphics and visuals to be used across the brand's website, blogs, social media channels and corporate events
Provide graphic design work in alignment with the brand guidelines (e.g. including visual and communication strategy)
Partner with Senior Creative Producer to prioritize projects to ensure on-time delivery
Provide ideas and graphic translation of ideas during cross functional brainstorm meetings
Maintain graphic design files and folders: including stock photography, logos and design projects
Support special creative projects as assigned
Prepare files from design drafts to final – including but not limited to some color correcting, retouching, resizing, and print production setup
Partner with the design agency as relevant for art direction and concepting support
Desired skills and experiences:
5+ years relevant experience in graphic design and print production – mix of agency and in-house experience a plus
BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent graphic design experience)
Proficient in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Expert in typographic design and layout optimization
Outstanding creativity and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations
Self-disciplined and have the ability to multi-task
Boundless curiosity and positive can-do attitude
Excellent time management/organizational skills
High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
campaign-style environment
Experience using/applying brand guidelines and using templates
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategy behind design concepts
Knowledge of digital design, including responsive design, websites, email,
and social media
Knowledge of print design, including large format printing and packaging files for different printing houses.
Have a passion for keeping up with social and digital trends
Ethical—you believe in our mission, share our values and understand that it’s not just about what you get done, but also how you do it
Bonus skills:
Video and/or animation skills
Knowledge/experience working with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Figma and SharePoint/
Marketing and design experience in the cybersecurity/technology industry
