Job Description

Forcepoint is one of the world’s largest private cybersecurity companies. Forcepoint is seeking an experienced leader who is looking to grow and develop a national sales team and responsible for accelerating Forcepoint platform adoption with both existing and net new commercial customers within North America in the West.

This individual will also collaborate with peers and key functions in the US to facilitate the enablement and advocacy of key Channel and Alliances Partners. The candidate will be committed to excellence, possess a can-do attitude, and bring enthusiasm, expertise, and creativity to the daily team cadence.

This candidate reports to the SVP of North America Sales

Location: West Coast

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the daily operational cadence of the NA Commercial sales organization.

  • Accurately forecast and delivery on revenue commitments.

  • Coach, mentor, inspire and lead Commercial Account Managers

  • Grow existing and net new business relationships within customers and partners to drive the adoption of Forcepoint Security solutions.

  • Build a personal network of executive relationships within key customers and partners to leverage for value creation in customer references, PR, media, industry events, etc.

  • Work with the channel sales team and marketing on lead generation, program implementation and training efforts.

  • Leverage CRM systems and tools such as Salesforce and Clari.

  • Travel as required, to support the commercial sales team, prospects, customers, and relevant events nationally (40-50% travel).

Required Skills/Experience

  • Must have 10+ years of previous software sales including channel / business development and managerial experience.

  • Ideally domain expertise in selling Cyber Security solutions.

  • Strong technical background.

  • Ability to work across cultures and time-zones.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed team environment.

  • Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is 350,000.00 - 420,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Forcepoint’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits
