Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of new accounts and expand current relationships through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint solutions.
- Work closely with the Regional Director to execute account and opportunity plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Coordinate sales resources—spanning SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives—to support effective implementation of account strategies.
- Employ the CRM system to oversee and close forecasted opportunities efficiently.
- Manage revenue generation through an array of go-to-market approaches.
- Execute sales processes and activities across multifaceted scenarios.
- Supervise approximately 15–20 key accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed designated sales quotas.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions to BFSI, Government, and GLC sectors over the previous 5–10 years.
- Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Deliver high-quality results independently and collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong capability in securing large-scale cybersecurity contracts (typically valued above USD 1M).
- Documented success within either the Korean or Japanese markets; experience spanning both regions is highly advantageous.
- Native fluency in Korean or Japanese, with proficient command of English.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Cybersecurity Enterprise Field Sales—including Cloud Security, Network Security, Data Security, and Insider Threat solutions.
- Familiarity with IT Security Guidelines (G3), complemented by successful completion of recent relevant projects.
- Ability to identify and grow new business prospects within accounts lacking existing relationships.
- In-depth understanding of advanced sales methodologies and client engagement procedures.
- Expertise in shaping client requirements during consultative discovery phases.
- Demonstrated history of expanding account portfolios and building enduring strategic partnerships.
- Proven aptitude for establishing trust through accountability and fostering internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Initiate and maintain proactive engagement with clients to secure references and endorsements.
- Proficient in delivering impactful presentations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in working collaboratively with Channel partners at various levels while also advancing direct business initiatives.
- Exposure to a wide spectrum of industry verticals.
- Superior analytical and forecasting capabilities.
- Outstanding customer service approach, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues for existing clients.
