Who is Forcepoint?

Forcepoint simplifies security for global businesses and governments. Forcepoint’s all-in-one, truly cloud-native platform makes it easy to adopt Zero Trust and prevent the theft or loss of sensitive data and intellectual property no matter where people are working. 20+ years in business. 2.7k employees. 150 countries. 11k+ customers. 300+ patents. If our mission excites you, you’re in the right place; we want you to bring your own energy to help us create a safer world. All we’re missing is you!

Data security is being redefined in the age of AI. Enterprises are moving from policy-based prevention to posture-based protection — demanding visibility, analytics, and control across SaaS, cloud, and structured data environments.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Data Security and DSPM, you will be the voice of the customer and the architect of Forcepoint’s data security story — shaping how we position, message, and bring to market solutions that unify DLP, DSPM, AI mesh, and data-centric risk analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Growth to drive market awareness, field confidence, and measurable pipeline impact.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Positioning & Messaging

  • Define the differentiated messaging framework for Forcepoint’s Data Security Everywhere and DSPM portfolios — highlighting outcomes, not features.

  • Translate technical capabilities (data classification, lineage, AI-powered discovery, risk analytics) into clear business value for CISOs, security architects, and compliance leaders.

  • Own competitive storytelling vs. DSPM and data-first security vendors (Cyera, Varonis, Netskope, Zscaler, Microsoft).

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization through customer, field, and market insight.

  • Build and execute GTM launch plans for new data security releases, cross-sell motions (e.g., DLP → DSPM → Cloud), and platform integrations.

  • Develop enablement content and training for Sales, SEs, Partners, and Marketing to align around the value story and customer journey.

Market Intelligence & Analyst Engagement

  • Lead voice-of-the-analyst programs (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) — ensuring new innovations (AI Mesh, adaptive policy, structured data protection) are accurately reflected in research.

  • Maintain an always-on pulse on emerging data risk trends, regulations, and AI adoption across verticals such as Financial Services, Pharma, and Public Sector.

Content & Campaigns

  • Partner with Campaigns and Demand Gen to deliver compelling top- and mid-funnel narratives (thought leadership, threat reports, customer stories, executive guides).

  • Shape and contribute to events such as Forcepoint Aware, partner roadshows, and analyst briefings.

  • Act as a company spokesperson and thought leader in content, webinars, and field engagements.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing or GTM experience, preferably in cybersecurity, data security, or adjacent SaaS domains.

  • Deep understanding of data protection, DSPM, DLP, CASB, insider risk, and/or AI governance.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, differentiated stories for executive and technical audiences.

  • Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and marketing functions with experience launching and scaling global campaigns.

  • A track record of driving measurable impact from pipeline acceleration to analyst recognition.

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to create both board-level narratives and tactical enablement assets.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Why Forcepoint
