As Regional Marketing Manager for North Asia, you’ll be the driving force behind strategies that elevate Forcepoint’s brand, generate demand, and accelerate revenue growth across diverse markets. You’ll join Forcepoint’s highly driven APAC marketing team to enable sales success and drive measurable business outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Shape the regional marketing vision by aligning with business objectives, key verticals, and country priorities.

  • Design and execute bold marketing strategies that amplify Forcepoint’s company vision, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver qualified leads to fuel the North Asia sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate closely with the North Asia Region Director, sales, and channel teams to identify opportunities and craft messaging that resonates with local audiences.

  • Partner with North Asia’s Channel team, distributors and resellers to develop impactful programs - webinars, events, co-marketing campaigns, and enablement strategies - and manage Market Development Funds (MDF) to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities Summary

Responsibilities include direct marketing plan development and execution, managing events and participation in trade shows, developing social media campaigns, channel marketing management, support with sales and channel enablement, managing budgets, contracts and purchasing, tracking and reporting of all marketing efforts to measure success and ROI.

Key Skills

  • A trusted marketing advisor for the North Asia team on all aspects of marketing strategy, activity planning and execution across the region.

  • Understand regional marketing, sales and channel goals and objectives, including a clear understanding of the financial targets and key success indicators.

  • Design and execute regional marketing plans to help meet goals, objectives and targets.

  • Analyze local competition and strengthen the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.

  • Understand Corporate marketing campaigns and messaging, and tailor to suit regional countries.

  • Organise Forcepoint’s participation at relevant industry events, as well as Executive roundtables and other 3rd party and hosted events, ensuring superior brand presence and attendance.

  • Management of the regional direct marketing and MDF budgets.

  • Monitor and manage marketing leads for volume, quality and conversion to Pipeline.

  • Track and evaluate productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI).

  • Highly active on regional Social Media platforms to promote company, campaigns, events and initiatives.

Required Background and Skills

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager, ideally with technology/B2B marketing experience, comfortable with driving enterprise marketing efforts across multiple verticals.

  • University Degree or Major in marketing.

  • 8+ years’ marketing experience with B2B technology industry background.

  • Experience working in partnership with a global organization.

  • Experience and strong understanding of what marketing strategies work in North Asia.

  • Strong record of delivering marketing and business results, partnering with and enabling sales teams to achieve superior results.

  • Experience with a variety of marketing tools and software

  • Hands-on experience managing events and marketing projects with a host of agencies, suppliers and virtual teams.

  • Result-oriented, self-starter and team player. Willingness to work in high-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Superior Time Management Skills

  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.

  • Proven track record in executing large-scale multi-faceted event and marketing programs.

  • Multi-lingual applicants ideal for this role. Excellent written English, fluency in spoken English.

  • Attention to detail and discipline to follow established processes from marketing execution to lead flow to ROI reporting.

  • Up to 25% travel required.
