The Head of IT Infrastructure Operations Office provides operational, financial, and governance leadership across the IT Infrastructure organisation, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and strategic execution.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Governance oversight across infrastructure teams
  • Coordination with HR, Finance, Security, and Procurement
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Establish infrastructure governance across people, financials, delivery, compliance, and innovation
  • Own operational cadence including service reviews and executive reporting
  • Track budgets, vendor spend, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Monitor service delivery and project performance
  • Support audit readiness and risk management

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Excellent executive communication skills
  • High organisational discipline and attention to detail

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years in senior IT operations, governance, or PMO roles
