Marketing Lead – Network Security

Forcepoint has a fantastic opportunity to join our Network Security organisation. This is a Marketing Lead position where you will lead all marketing activites for our Network Security business, working closely with our product, sales and engineering organisations. This role will be based in Finland.

Job Summary

The Marketing Lead for Network Security builds and articulates the messaging, positioning and uniqueness of Forcepoint Network Security security solutions, drives go-to-market campaigns, develops and provides sales training, produces sales tools, collateral and competitive profiles.

The role includes using AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to strengthen customer understanding, improve campaign effectiveness and accelerate content development. The person will also lead selected event marketing activities, ensuring that events, webinars and customer-facing engagements support technology positioning, lead generation, customer engagement and brand visibility.

Description

  • Network Security messaging and positioning for sales, and sales engineering teams, as well as partnership with channel and direct customers
  • Drive overall go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for the Network Security product family in support of awareness, market-share and revenue growth objectives
  • Develop and implement high impact and differentiated positioning and messaging for Network Security across vertical and horizontal market segments. Apply generative AI tools when relevant while ensuring quality, accuracy and brand consistency
  • Develop high-impact sales tools such as white papers, presentations, case studies, business cases, TCO/ROI analysis, competitive profiles and sales playbooks for Network Security
  • Deliver product demonstrations of Network Security to varied constituents including sales, sales engineering, industry and financial analysts, industry analysts, customers and prospects, partners, and others
  • Develop and implement route-to-market plans for Network Security and partnerships
  • Provide direction and support to the Global Sales Enablement department to develop and deliver sales and channel training covering the industry, market opportunity, product value proposition, selling strategies, and competitive position
  • Plan and execute selected product-related event marketing activities, including webinars, seminars, customer events, trade fairs or partner events.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to information technology
  • Demonstrated years of product marketing or product management experience, ideally with cyber security industry
  • Experience using AI tools to support product marketing, content creation, AI based Acoount Based Experience
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and refine them for accuracy, audience relevance and business impact
  • Ability to use AI based technologies to position and demonstrate in messaging desired customer outcomes
  • Experience in B2B event marketing, such as webinars, customer events or partner activities, is considered an advantage
