Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Development and Progression

  • Recruit and onboard net-new partners, with a target of 5+ transacting within 2 quarters of recruitment.
  • Progress at least 2 Growth-tier partners to Focus-tier status per year through active enablement and commercial support.
  • Activate dormant and newly recruited partners through deal registration, open opportunities, and pipeline development activity.
  • Enable Distributors in the assigned region to drive Growth partner deal registrations and net-new pipeline on behalf of Forcepoint.

Pipeline Generation and Revenue

  • Own and achieve a regional revenue quota, carrying equivalent commercial weight to a CAM's target.
  • Build and maintain 3x pipeline coverage against quota through Growth partner activity.
  • Generate pipeline through partner-led activity including Distributor-facilitated campaigns, training sessions, and certifications.
  • Manage deal registration activity for Growth and unmanaged partners, ensuring quality and volume of DR submissions.

Distributor and Partner Enablement

  • Train and enable partners and Distributors to be as self-sufficient as possible using available partner tools and portals.
  • Host training sessions on Forcepoint products, certifications, and deal registration processes.
  • Facilitate partner certifications and track completion as an MBO metric.
  • Support Distributors with quoting, OP/API setup, and portal access where required. This is a secondary function; it must not displace core commercial activity.
  • Support deal registration, approvals, NFR requests, and portal access as a minor but necessary element of the role.

Operational Collaboration

  • Coordinate with CAMs on regional pipeline and revenue coverage, maintaining clear delineation between managed and Growth/unmanaged partner responsibilities.
  • Ensure operational activities do not dilute the core commercial focus of the role; escalate where operational burden is becoming disproportionate.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for partner activity, pipeline, and deal registration.

Don’t meet every single qualification? Studies show people are hesitant to apply if they don’t meet all requirements listed in a job posting. Forcepoint is focused on building an inclusive and diverse workplace – so if there is something slightly different about your previous experience, but it otherwise aligns and you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply. You could be a great candidate for this or other roles on our team.
