Who is Forcepoint?
Forcepoint simplifies security for global businesses and governments. Forcepoint’s all-in-one, truly cloud-native platform makes it easy to adopt Zero Trust and prevent the theft or loss of sensitive data and intellectual property no matter where people are working. 20+ years in business. 2.7k employees. 150 countries. 11k+ customers. 300+ patents. If our mission excites you, you’re in the right place; we want you to bring your own energy to help us create a safer world. All we’re missing is you!
This is a high-profile role within Sales Operations, partnering with teams across the business — primarily Sales — to add measurable value across the deal cycle in the EMEA market. As Forcepoint continues to grow as a leading player in cybersecurity, our engagements with customers are becoming larger, more complex, and more strategic. This role is pivotal in evaluating and shaping those opportunities.
You will act as a trusted commercial advisor on deals of all sizes — from smaller transactions to complex, multi-million-dollar strategic engagements — helping structure them to create strong outcomes for both our customers and Forcepoint. This is an individual-contributor role suited to someone who enjoys operating with autonomy, influencing without formal authority, and working across many functions at once.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with the sales force to understand the competitive landscape and shape strategy on key opportunities
- Move the conversation beyond price — build and champion an understanding of the full set of levers and tools available to meet customer needs, so pricing is never the only lever in play
- Review deals of varying size and complexity (from below $20k to $5m+) and make clear, well-reasoned recommendations to improve pricing and commercial structure
- Work cross-functionally to structure deals that maximise opportunity and manage risk, achieving outcomes that work for both Forcepoint and our customers
- Manage larger, more complex deals through the sales cycle, keeping all stakeholders aligned and aware of the impact to their functional area
- Support the creation and implementation of tools to drive better, more transparent decision making
- Work with regional sales leadership to support pricing discipline and sales efficiency, measured against key KPIs
- Partner with leadership and operational teams to simplify the deal cycle and reduce unnecessary complexity
- Explore and help develop how AI and data tools can support smarter, faster deal and pricing decisions — bringing curiosity and practical ideas to how we work
Who we’re looking for:
Essential
- Solid knowledge of SaaS, subscription, and software commercial models
- Around 5–7 years' experience in a related role — Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance — or equivalent commercial experience
- Familiar with negotiation frameworks and how to apply them effectively
- Able to work with ambiguity and still bring a clear, recommended way forward
- Able to communicate relevant information clearly to different stakeholders, and to influence where needed
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Experience covering EMEA markets
- Enjoy building relationships and partnering with many people at once
- Experience with CRM and CPQ systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Desirable:
- Experience of, or interest in, the cybersecurity industry
- Knowledge of Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs)
- Curiosity about applying AI and analytics tools to pricing or commercial decision-making
- Additional Languages
- A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field
- Some travel may be expected c10%-20% of the time
Don’t meet every single qualification? Studies show people are hesitant to apply if they don’t meet all requirements listed in a job posting. Forcepoint is focused on building an inclusive and diverse workplace – so if there is something slightly different about your previous experience, but it otherwise aligns and you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply. You could be a great candidate for this or other roles on our team.
