Customer Service Agent
This is a fully remote contract position for a qualified candidate in Poland. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence. Work schedule is Friday through Tuesday from 9 AM CST to 5 PM CST (afternoon or evening shift in their local time zone).

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will have experience responding to support requests via email and live chat. They should be interested in learning about and supporting the users of Glorious products, including keyboards, mice, and other accessories.
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and will work cross-collaboratively with other Customer Service Agents.
The hourly compensation for this role starts at $7.25 USD depending on knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
- Respond to, resolve, and close support tickets submitted by Glorious customers
- Respond to and resolve live chat sessions on the Glorious website
- Ensure that all assigned tickets or chats are resolved in a timely manner
- Escalate complex technical issues to other teams as required
