This position is fully remote and requires frequent travel. Candidates must be located in the BeNeLux region and reliably work CST hours when necessary. Preference will be given to those that reside in The Netherlands. Dutch and English fluency required; French and/or German an added plus.

We are looking for an organized and experienced Regional Sales Manager with established connections in the consumer electronics industry to join our EMEA sales team.

The Regional Sales Manager owns the growth of major retail and online accounts within the BeNeLux region. They are responsible for helping the Glorious brand find new representation in additional stores, both large and small. They also focus on improving both the relationships and sales at existing locations, ensuring that our retail and online footprint increases over time.

This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and will also work cross-collaboratively both internally and externally.

Compensation

The starting annual base salary for this role is based on knowledge, skills, experience, education, and experience. This role is eligible for the quarterly sales bonus program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities in the assigned region, both online and in physical retail locations, of varying sizes (big box, independent retailer, etc.)
  • Grow existing accounts by proactively managing the relationship optimizing the product mix, creating new promotional offerings, and improving sellout
  • Work with the regional marketing team to increase turns of products, improve displays, and align on or execute promotional strategies
  • Monitor all weekly orders and work with both the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure proper and timely fulfillment
  • Manage all customer systems that require Glorious information, including online product setup and enhanced or “A+” content requests
  • Share reporting on all activities, accounts, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
