We are looking for an organized and experienced Order Management Specialist based in the EMEA region to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience receiving, entering, and monitoring B2B orders, as well as processing returns and exchanges. They will serve as a point of contact for all orders based in the EMEA and APAC regions, providing support in a timely and courteous manner.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Order Management. The person in this role will work cross-collaboratively with our entire operations, logistics, and sales teams as well as externally with B2B customers based in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Compensation
The starting annual rate for this role is up to £33,500 depending on knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location. Payment will be made in local currency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review EMEA and APAC customer purchase orders and contracts to verify accuracy and completeness
- Enter customer orders into the company’s order management system in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with the logistics team to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner
- Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, and other business units who have questions about orders, shipments, or returns
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
