GoodRx is looking for a talented and motivated Corporate FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The candidate will support the Senior Director, Corporate FP&A and play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the company.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about automating reporting, able to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and able to collaborate as a team player. The role will have an emphasis on developing systems/processes that are scalable and sustainable.

●Automate reporting processes by leveraging financial planning software and advanced excel/Google sheets modeling skills to streamline and standardize reporting deliverables (experience using Oracle EPM / SmartView a plus)

●Provide timely and accurate financial reports and presentations to senior management and the board, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and opportunities.

●Collaborate with operational FP&A leads to provide support on lines of business P&Ls to assess profitability and cost-benefit analysis of decisions

●Work closely with accounting and finance partners to ensure accurate data and information gathering and will support the build-out of the company's corporate model

●Work with Product and Engineering team to accurately forecast software capitalization based on roadmaps and initiatives

●Take ownership of the consolidation process for the annual budgeting exercise, ensuring accuracy of data and conducting thorough sense-checks on assumptions

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiency projects

●Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and economic factors that could impact the company’s financial performance, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities

●5+ years of relevant finance experience. Investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or corporate finance experience are all pluses

●A proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner

●Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with database management tools and sophisticated modeling tools

●Self-starter who is able to deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities; must be “hands-on"

●Excellent team player that can also work well independently and with limited direction; highly driven and self-motivated

●High level of business acumen, the ability to analyze and assess opportunities and issues within the business

●Positive attitude and strong work ethic

●Bachelor’s in a related field degree required; MBA is a plus

Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:

Santa Monica Office: $90,000 - $144,000
