About the Role:
GoodRx is seeking a CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) operations lead to support the creation, execution and technical support of cross-channel campaigns across business units in the SFMC platform.
You will collaborate and work with various teams to design & implement end to end robust solutions & multi-channel campaigns within the CRM ecosystem. You will stitch together complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the platform. You will guide the campaign execution resources on best practices in developing and executing campaigns and optimizing features & capabilities. You will take ownership of troubleshooting issues within the platform by collaborating with Salesforce and internal tech teams. You are an independent problem solver who is excited to dive into new solutions and provide recommendations within SFMC and audience creation in SF CDP.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as internal resident expert on SFMC campaign solution design & implementation for all components within SFMC platform for CRM communications
  • Demonstrate knowledge & skills to design & build high performance, scalable segmentation and campaign solutions on SFMC & SFCDP platform.
  • Lead solution design discussions, develop work effort estimates and present solutions for campaign setup
  • Provide technical guidance on journeys, automation studio, mobile studio, personalization (interaction studio), email studio for new and ongoing campaigns
  • Build, update & maintain data model, manage subscriber in SFMC & SFCDP for outbound communications
  • Translate campaign strategy & requirements into solution blueprint
  • Provide day to day support, technical guidance & expertise to the campaign execution team on setup, maintenance & support
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization within the platform to ensure scalable campaign deployment
  • Troubleshoot & perform root cause analysis for issues with campaigns or audience/segmentation used in campaigns
  • Stay up to date with the rapidly changing Salesforce ecosystem, build & integrate new features/functionalities for CRM within the platform.
  • Develop technical expertise in CRM tools used by the team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of large scale corporate SFMC platform development & maintenance
  • 5+ years of leading as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical expert
  • Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, complex communication deployment
  • Expertise in building communications (emails, push, in-app, sms) in SFMC
  • Experience building cloud pages, writing AMPScripts
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with proven ability to grow relationships with key partners
  • Must be detail oriented with an eye for overall user experience, gaps in existing use cases and propose technical solutions to address the findings
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology or related discipline
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required
  • Hands on experience with Segment, Redshift, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CDP is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:
San Francisco Office: $151,000 - $242,000
New York & Seattle Office: $139,000 - $222,000
Santa Monica Office: $126,000 - $202,000
