At GoodRx, the Workplace & Real Estate team creates environments where employees feel supported, productive, and proud to work. Our mission is to design and operate spaces that are welcoming, efficient, and collaborative, reflecting our values and supporting business goals. From our hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles, to our regional offices, we aim to deliver experiences that truly support our people.
The Workplace & Real Estate team focuses on high-touch service and operational excellence. We manage facilities, food programs, vendor relationships, and day-to-day logistics, while also driving employee engagement and cultural connection through thoughtful space and service. We’re strategic operators and creative problem solvers who make GoodRx a great place to work every day.
What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a strategic, people-first leader to oversee operations at our New York Hub, one of GoodRx’s most high-impact locations. You’ll lead the employee experience at the site, ensuring seamless operations, top-tier facilities, and programming that keeps employees engaged and motivated.
You’ll serve as the go-to point for daily needs, including access control, food service, vendor management, and events, while partnering with local and executive leaders to align space, service, and culture-building efforts.
This role combines operational excellence with a people-focused approach. You’ll manage vendors, manage a small team of contractors, and scale processes while working with IT, People, Security, and Finance to deliver a workplace that supports how we work, now and into the future.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily operations at the New York hub, ensuring a high standard across building maintenance, repairs, mailroom, access, and general services.
Own the employee experience on site, managing space activations, food programs, vendor performance, and event support to ensure everything runs smoothly and aligns with GoodRx culture.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with site leaders, team leads, and executives to gather feedback, understand needs, and adjust the workplace experience accordingly.
Proactively partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, legal, and Finance, to coordinate services and streamline processes.
Oversee vendor management end-to-end, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and service oversight across maintenance, cleaning, food, and other workplace functions.
Support space planning and seating logistics, partnering with relevant teams to ensure optimal use of space and alignment with hybrid and growth models.
Monitor and manage the operational budget for your site, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services and accurate forecasting.
Support internal events and programming in collaboration with the Communications and Engagement teams, creating moments that foster inclusion and connection.
Communicate policies, updates, and changes clearly and consistently, ensuring that employees understand what is available and how to navigate the office.
Identify areas for improvement, innovate on existing processes, and assist in implementing new standards and programs developed by the broader Workplace or Experience team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, employee experience, or hospitality, ideally within a fast-paced, creative, or growth-oriented environment.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) with working knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Slack, Envoy, Canva, and Workday.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on collaboration, service, and attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience managing office logistics, coordinating with vendors, and supporting events or onsite experiences.
Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs as needed.
Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts confidently and efficiently.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
