GoTo is looking for a Regional Partner Sales Manager with strong skills in sales and relationship management experience to support GoTo’s Channel Partners with the aim of extending and enhancing GoTo’s position across the region.
As Regional Partner Sales Manager, Spanish and English speaker you will:
Own a Territory where you will manage all Partner deals as well as a set of focused Partners.
Connect with Sales Operation to learn all the details and specifications for each type of partner program (Reseller/Referral/Authorized Agent, Master Agent) in addition to the training team.
Own a Sales quota that will represent your most important KPI for our role.
Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to maximize sales of their customer base (Across all GoTo’s products).
Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities.
Create a Strategy to onboard new partners to our ecosystem, ramping them up as fast as possible for them to start selling.
Work along with the Global Partner Team to ensure Partner Exchange (Our portal for Partners) is updated and easy to use.
Hold quarterly reviews to determine goals, performance, and growth of key partner segments.
As Regional Partner Sales Manager, Spanish and English Speaker your background will look like:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Proven experience of alliances at a SaaS (Software as a Service) companies, successfully demonstrating Channel/Partner Alliances strategy to drive increased sales.
Strong presentation and analytical skills to gather data to present results on performance & growth.
A track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets
Current knowledge of the trends and market leading companies in the broader SaaS and UCC (Unified Communication & Collaboration) and ITSM (IT Service Management) specter.
Experience with Cloud Software Vendors and their strategies/business models.
Excellent customer relationship skills: ability to penetrate, grow, and retain accounts, build relationships, and quickly spot, communicate, and address potential risks and issues.
Accountable: Perform day-to-day work with timelines and execute new and/or complex assignments with minimal direction/supervision.
Solutions Oriented: a natural critical thinker to troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, changing environment through creative, innovative, and inquisitive actions.
