Your Day to Day
As an AI Engineer, you will be contributing to building and training our own AI models to increase the productivity of technicians in GoTo Resolve.
You will take care of AI features end-to-end: Starting with a good understanding of customer pain points, through curation of training data, setting up training infrastructure and validation and finally running models and integration with our modern Software-as-a-Service products.
You will work with TypeScript run on Node.js for our backends on cloud native infrastructure and React.js to run our products’ frontends.
You will have the possibility to work with a modern AI stack that includes SageMaker to organize work and modern operation environments on top of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes. To build things end-to-end, you will have a chance to learn .NET/C# and C++ to realize product integrations together with our partnering teams.
What We’re Looking For
As an AI Engineer, your background will look like:
Experience with Machine Learning, TensorFlow and Python on e.g. deep neural networks, Large Language Models, or refinement training of foundational models
Full-stack software development experience with TypeScript
