Where you will work: Bangalore, India

We are searching for a dynamic, smart, innovative team player that is highly motivated to help us continue the rapid growth of our APAC Sales teams in India and Australia.

Your Day to Day

  • Provide CRM support to the APAC Sales leaders and their teams

  • Champion regional CRM data accuracy, ensuring sales team adherence to sales processes

  • Facilitate sales CRM onboarding and continuing education opportunities

  • Assist in the development of sales territories and quotas

  • Work cross functionally with marketing, partner, systems, and finance teams

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or finance

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales strategy and operations for B2B software companies

  • Highly proficient in Salesforce.com with strong proven ability for building reports and dashboards in support of various Sales go-to-market programs

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau skills

  • Great team leader and communicator, translating data into actionable insights
