Your Day to Day

As an Account Manager, you would be:

  • Building engagement with company’s existing customers. Ensure the existing customers are kept updated on our latest product enhancements and releases.

  • Up selling and cross selling the company’s products, systems and/or services via in person, telephone or electronic means to our customers

  • Support the renewal and Customer success teams to ensure retention.

  • Represents the company to our partners and customers in all sales-oriented activities.

What We’re Looking For

As an Account Manager, your background will look like:

  • 5 -7 years of Account management experience in SaaS preferred.

  • Solid background of working with enterprise customers.

  • Must possess a proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals.

  • Excellent relationship building and strong closing skills.
