Your Day to Day
As a Customer Payment Support Specialist you would be working on
Inbound Collection Activities – You will work on a case and call queue providing support to our customers via emails and calls.
Solving Customer Disputes --- You will support our customers through efficient and timely dispute management and resolution
Interdepartmental Collaboration --- You will be collaborating with other departments daily in an effort to solve customer disputes and answer customer inquiries
What We’re Looking For
As a Customer Payment Support Specialist your background will look like
Prior experience in a customer support or finance role in a BPO or Contact Center Environment
Ability to thrive while managing high transactional volumes
Advanced communications skills in English both written and spoken (above 85%).
Excel - Basic/Intermediate
Higher education, currently attending or complete (desirable)
Basic knowledge of financial transactions.
Prior knowledge of Sales Force and/or NetSuite (desirable)
