Your Day to Day
As a Partner Solutions Consultant, you would be working on:

  • Being the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, running customized demonstrations, providing technical training to the MSP, VAR and Strategic Partner and direct selling teams.
  • Work closely supporting teams of partner management individuals tasked with building and maintaining partner relationships virtually and at trade shows
  • Support partner clients in critical situations. Be very responsive.
  • Host weekly, monthly or quarterly calls with various partners and their Partner manager. These conversations could be both technical and business focused discussions.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the business and technical requirements from partners and serve as an advocate for product enhancement to product management at GoTo when necessary.
  • Comfortable running proof of concepts with multiple stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
As a Partner Solutions Consultant, your background will look like:

  • 1+ yr in your current role
  • No active Disciplinary Process
  • Someone with a history of being professional, dedicated, humble and curious while performing well in a pre-sales engineering environment. We value hard work, commitment, humility, curiosity, diversity, and a desire to work closely with other members of the team.
  • Experience either working for or with MSP’s, VAR’s, LAR’s Strategic Master Agents or Technology suppliers as a Sales Engineer. (5+ years)
  • Familiar and comfortable working with Enterprise level Network, RDP, Helpdesk, Ticketing, Remote Support, RMM, MDM, and Telecommunications (VOIP) technologies.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and demonstration skills.
  • Portuguese and English language proficiency, with Spanish being a plus
