Your Day to Day
As a Senior TA Partner you would be working on:
Manage and own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
Partner with Hiring Stakeholders to assess talent needs, source and identify qualified candidates, screen and support the interview & feedback process, complete the full offer and hiring process in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy of systems and adhering to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations hiring processes
Serve as an ambassador of the GoTo brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader Talent Acquisition strategy
Work with TA Partners and TA Leadership, HR, Compensation, Finance, Senior Leadership to ensure hiring efforts are on track with the hiring forecast
What We’re Looking For
As a Senior TA Partner, your background will look like:
5+ years of corporate or staffing agency recruitment experience for technical roles
Resourceful, fast learner who is good with technology. Should have some experience working with an ATS, Workday ideal
Extreme attention to detail and completion of processes
Sense of urgency and ability to work (thrive) in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial/Business Psychology
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency, with a focus on data accuracy and quality
Brings outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (B2+ level on both languages)
This is a hybrid role; the candidate must have the flexibility to work in the office as needed
