Position Overview:
The Salesforce Product Manager is a strategic leader within the Business Applications team, responsible for championing the needs of internal business stakeholders and translating those needs into actionable roadmaps for the Salesforce platform. This role serves as the "voice of the customer" within the team, building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business processes, uncover pain points, and communicate evolving priorities. The Salesforce Product Manager works closely alongside Engineering Managers, who drive execution with Engineering and QA teams, ensuring delivery aligns with the strategic vision and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with internal stakeholders to build a deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and requirements related to Salesforce and its integrated solutions.
Develop and maintain a stakeholder-centered product roadmap for Salesforce, ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving business objectives and priorities.
Communicate regularly and transparently with stakeholders around roadmap status, upcoming changes, releases, and the long-term vision for Salesforce within the organization.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for stakeholder communication and expectation management regarding Salesforce enhancements.
Partner closely with the Salesforce Engineering Manager, who is focused on delivery and execution, to ensure stakeholder needs are translated effectively into technical requirements.
Work with the Salesforce Architect and UX Researcher/Designer to:
Prioritize technical debt and innovation opportunities.
Ensure feature development aligns with enterprise Salesforce architecture principles.
Guarantee optimal usability and holistic user experience across features and workflows.
Facilitate and coordinate effective change management including internal communication, UAT testing and training for new Salesforce features and releases.
Engage with other Salesforce Product Managers to ensure integration points and dependencies across the Salesforce ecosystem are managed effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collecting stakeholder feedback, analyzing metrics, and iterating on processes, priorities, and roadmaps.
Key Competencies and Experience:
Proven ability to integrate and collaborate with business stakeholders, proactively identifying needs, setting expectations, and building strong partnerships.
Experience developing and managing product roadmaps within a business applications or software environment; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success working closely with technical teams (Engineering, QA, Architecture, and UX) to deliver platform enhancements.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, iterative delivery, and product management best practices.
Ability to advocate for the customer within the team, while effectively balancing technical, architectural, and usability considerations.

Annual Base Salary Range: $113,000.00 - $0.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
