Your Day to Day

As an Account Executive, you would be working on:

  • Prospecting and Sales Execution: Identify and self-source leads within assigned territory; Engage potential customers with comprehensive product knowledge; Negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Customer Engagement: Maintain comprehensive profiles of each opportunity within Salesforce; Accurately forecast sales outcomes; Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns

  • Solution Development: Understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions; Coordinate with product and customer service teams to address feedback; Facilitate the maximization of value from our solutions

  • Professional Development: Stay updated with latest advancements in the fields of RMM, MDM, and ITSM; Continuously enhance sales skills; Uphold and promote company values: Be Real, Think Big, Move Fast, Keep Growing, and stay Customer Obsessed.

What We’re Looking For

As an Account Executive, your background will look like:

  • Proven experience exceeding quota in the UKI market, selling SaaS to the IT buyer

  • Technically proficient. Obsessed with finding ways to create value for customers and prospects

  • Must be fluent in English and French.

  • Resourceful and hungry. You’ve aggressively grown market share within your customer base or by acquiring net new customers
