We are seeking a talented Operations Associate to join our team. This offers a unique chance to collaborate with a team of seasoned entertainment industry payroll specialists and to positively impact our film and television production clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide essential administrative support to our finance and operations teams. This role is critical to maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring accurate processing of mail, client files, and financial documents.
This role is an in-office position located in our Delhi, NY, Atlanta, GA or Burbank, CA Office.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Mail & Distribution Management
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail efficiently and accurately to various departments
- Manage and organize various mail files according to established procedures
Operations Support
- Process and review duplicate file notifications and exceptions
- Set up new accounts with third party vendor
- Support quarter-end and year-end reconciliation processes
- Assist verification team with wage orders and benefit charge statements
- Other duties as needed to support the operations team
Finance Support
- Assist the finance team with check depositing and printing
- Assist the finance team by mailing out various items as needed
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial documents
Office & Administrative Duties
- Support general administrative needs as they arise

$40,000 to $45,000
