Job Description
iboss is seeking a driven and people-focused HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruiting to help us attract and hire top-tier talent across our fast-growing organization. This role is a blend of full-cycle recruiting and broad HR support ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on both candidate experience and employee culture. Responsibilities
  • Assist HR generalist functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle
  • Participate in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates across departments such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and university partnerships
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance, serving as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS, ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Assist with the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and programs that scale with company growth and align with employment law requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience with a emphasis on full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity company
  • Solid understanding of core HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, security analysts, sales engineers, and cloud architects
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
