About the Team

Our Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for the planning & reporting of financial data at Native Instruments, to provide financial transparency to both internal and external stakeholders. We support the business with understanding the financial impact of both previous investments and new strategic opportunities & make recommendations to senior management based on our work.

The successful candidate will focus on driving revenue analysis and providing actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies across our diverse brands and channels. Using these insights, they will manage the reporting of revenue for both management & shareholders, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver business outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Your Contribution

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue performance and gross-profit across different brands, channels, and geographies, identifying key trends, drivers, and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness & profitability of marketing campaigns, offers, and promotions, providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales and Marketing teams, acting as a trusted advisor and providing regular updates on revenue performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain regular revenue reports and forecasts, automating regular analysis where possible, and provide clear and concise summaries of performance to management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the month-end close process by comparing actual results against forecasts and identifying key variances.
  • Budget and quarterly reforecast process, including reporting to the Board.
  • Work closely with other finance team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain hierarchies in our ERP system for new products.
  • Operating Expenses budgeting, forecasting and month end analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives or decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support ongoing business operations.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • You have proven experience in FP&A functions and have a passion for numbers & data,
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree qualification in Finance, Business or a related field,
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling is essential. This includes the ability to develop robust, dynamic financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and evaluating the financial impact of various business initiatives.
  • You have an analytic, solution-oriented mindset, and are passionate about continuous improvement, bringing a track record of root cause analysis and problem solving,
  • You are highly proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and comfortable using a range of data and analytical tools/ methodologies,
  • Have experience in using SQL or are willing to learn the basics to drive automation
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders, and are happy working autonomously,
  • Due to the global nature of this role, English language fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
