As a Tier 1 Support Analyst you would provide our customers the initial frontline support to our Keyloop product.  You enjoy working with our customers to log their support issues within our Salesforce case management system with qualified information.  You get energy from working with the customer to help and guidance on how they can resolve their own issues.  Where the customers issue becomes more complex you will work with more senior members of the team to identify more technical solutions. You also take pride in your work and welcome any feedback. Would you like to become a Tier 1 Support Analyst at Keyloop?

  • Connecting with customers within multiple different mediums 

  • Responding with empathy to customers, dealing with their needs and acknowledging their operational pressures and deadlines. 

  • Owning and progressing cases through to resolution by utilising all available resources and expanding your own knowledge. 

  • Escalating customer issues in good time 

  • Playing a key part of Knowledge Centric Service to build a meaningful and robust knowledge base 

  • Being passionate and pro-active in acquiring and absorbing knowledge of the Keyloop product suite and associated toolset and working closely with management to increase the level of personal skills and competence.  

  • Working in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

  • You will be able to demonstrate networking and systems knowledge

  • Ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. 

  • Investigation, analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, virtual methods, written, and verbal skills in Portugese, Spanish and English. 

  • Able to articulate simply complex problems or issues. 

  • Knowledge and understanding of customer expectations. 

  • Willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills. 

  • Tri-lingual Portugese, Spanish and English

  • Understanding of the automotive industry would be helpful 

 

 

Other things to be aware of before applying. 

  • We are hiring for our Aswin support team to support our Keyloop Aswin Dealer Management System. This will create many exciting opportunities for future career paths throughout the organisation as the team develops their knowledge and skills. 

  • There is no requirement to be an expert on the product as full training and support will be provided. 

  • We would be looking for officed based associates for the initial 3 months to ensure a fast adoption of knowledge
