Purpose of role:

  • Responsible for the independent delivery of Keyloop products and services according to minimum standards in SureStart.
  • Independently provides colleagues and customers with specialized product knowledge.
  • To organise, install and configure software rollouts as required.
  • To install and configure additional software as and when purchased by customers.
  • To provide support for consultants on configuration issues.
  • To keep Team Leader informed of any blockers and provide status on completed work.
  • To travel to customer site locally or internationally as required.
  • Takes a customer first approach – Solves customers business problems by ensuring they receive the value out of the Product.
  • To train, advise and support customers where necessary.
  • Deliver best practice sessions utilising extensive product knowledge.
  • Provide areas of improvement for process in the employment of software to reduce time to market.
  • Perform system Beta, setup & configuration, and documentation as required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue target achievement in line with plan. 
  • Successful delivery of projects - on budget and time with quality.
  • Rework to be less than 4%.
  • Commercial and operational effectiveness - Billable and Productive utilisation 80%.
  • Demonstrable customer satisfaction, monitored via regular feedback.
  • Provide ideas that reduce time to install / drive efficiencies for PS.
  • Lead and drive operational excellence.
  • Time sheets updated weekly.

 

Skills / Knowledge & Experience:

  1. Excellent Operational Knowledge of own Module/ Product.
  2. Functional knowledge of linked modules.
  3. Ability to independently set up own modules/products.
  4. Pre Sales & estimating customer requirements to quotations.
  5. Keeping customers informed when installing software on their systems.
  6. Assisting consultants on customer’s sites with configuration issues.
  7. Ensure work is completed for each quoted requirement in the timescales required.
  8. Carry out such other duties reasonably falling within the scope of the position as may be required by the company.
  9. Above all to provide professional, courteous and personal service to our customers.
  10. Update internal systems as required to provide audit on progress of work and record time using timesheets in internal systems.
  11. Self Learning: Utilise and understand existing resources, use of same for self development.
  12. Update documentation as required and support colleagues with Knowledge Transfer.
  13. Good knowledge of OEM interfaces & country specific requirements related to own product/modules

 

Qualifications Required:

Essential

  1. The ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
  2. You must be able to prioritise work effectively.
  3. You must be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
  4. You should be able to continually assess and react to the needs of the department and customers.
  5. Bilingual in Dutch/French and English.
  6. Experienced in the automotive industry.

 

Desirable

  1. Applicants should have good communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
  2. Ideally applicants should have knowledge of the Autoline/Drive system although not essential.
