Purpose of Role

We are looking for a technical platform solutions wizard to come join our alliances team! You’ll be responsible for the defining and building our partner solutions.

Working externally with customers, understanding their applications in technical detail and the integration infrastructure the Keyloop platform provides to build partnership solutions

As partner application develops you will provide the technical assistance needed for both parties to complete the certification process

During roll-out of the solution you will provide the technical support and ownership of the integrated solution you have architected

Your responsibility includes working with various business units internally; cross-functional alignment is key and core to our success.

We’re looking for someone with a high level of technical expertise on API platforms

Key duties and responsibilities

• Support Partner Account Managers and direct Account Managers with integration opportunities using Keyloop Open Platform APIs.

• Qualify Partner opportunities across active markets driving outcome discussion and effort vs reward.

• Work with prospective Partners to provide necessary technical sales support before they sign agreements/begin their Certification.

• Act as the liaison for technical queries from partners escalating to the product and R&D teams where necessary.

• Be a SME for API implementation and API behaviour. Attend meetings (on-site/video) with Dealer’s IT and Partner developers to discuss/demo how APIs work. Set up dealer’s application in Apigee and Stage API Gateway to provide access from their UAT.

• Where appropriate bring a Partner or Dealer’s requirement not currently available to the attention of the relevant local Product Marketing team and/or Global Partner Solution Architect

• Architect solutions that are scalable, handed over to Professional services for general release

• Provide and gain insight into future solutions to establish best-fit with Global Partner Solution Architect

Skills

• Willingness to learn API architecture and usage. Working knowledge desirable.

• Self-starter comfortable to manage multiple projects.

• Good understanding of partner and competitor market solutions.

• Good working knowledge of dealer process workflows.

• DMS-specific knowledge advantageous.

• Consultative approach to understanding business problems.

• Commercially aware of SaaS models.

• Client facing.

• Good communicator articulating business problems to audiences with a wide range of technical understanding.
