Purpose of role

In conjunction with the knowledge and education organisation a Global Trainer takes responsibility for the training analysis, design, development and delivery for all virtual instructor led and digital training for Keyloop employees in Customer Enablement (CE) worldwide. Working with the senior leaders to recognise local specific requirements and adapt the core training programmes and align certifications in order to meet these requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working as a subject matter expert in training and domain expertise
  • Independently and as a team, manage the development and delivery of learning content in a variety of delivery modalities
  • Deliver virtual instructor led, self-paced and assessment content that covers multiple products, soft skills and domain expertise to standards, meeting required outcomes
  • Develop or facilitate the development of digital content for self-service by employees in customer enablement
  • Maintain and improve content over time, ensuring that all courses are engaging, have well a structured facilitator guide, exercises and interactive elements
  • To support the development, delivery and maintenance of the customer enablement onboarding initiative
  • To keep own role, product and domain knowledge up to date
  • Coach employees and perform Desk-side on the job learning
  • Train trainers and mentor to ensure delivery is inline with standards
  • Gather and Analyse training need from around the CE organisation to identify and recommend best-in-class solutions
  • Understand and use the skills matrix to assist in the development of new courses
  • Actively support team and others at the point of need
  • Responsible for reviewing personal performance and development (keeping up to date with industry and domain knowledge) in order to meet Keyloop’s values
  • Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of the role

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

 

Training or Trainer qualification such as ATD or TAP.

Experience in training delivering via virtual classroom technology and development of digital self-paced content

Firm knowledge of the automotive sector or previous background working in a dealership

Language skills - based on role being recruited for.

Strong communication skill, especially at language use in clear, brief and simple ways with selected words and a good command of grammar and vocabulary.

Good facilitation skills, able to interact and engage with the audience.

Good interpersonal skills to communicate with across multiple levels to effectively gather information.

Quick learner, able to grasp and structure large amounts of information and anticipate the end users' knowledge gaps

Good analytical and questioning skills

Detailed oriented

The ability to work to tight schedules

Team player working as part of a multidisciplinary team

A good understanding of computers and other communication tools

Educational qualification: University/college degree in machinery, automotive, construction equipment, or related

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Creative, able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.
