Purpose of Role: 

We are looking for an operations wizard to come join our alliances team! You will be responsible for the defining and building our operations processes which will enable our 

business to scale and grow. 

 

Your responsibility includes working with various business units internally; cross-functional alignment is key and core to our success. In addition, working externally with partners, customers, and OEMs to agree and implement integrated business planning, automated workflows, and performance monitoring to propel higher value, higher margin, and better user experiences. 

 

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of operations experience, ideally in a channel or alliances team, and has a good understanding of the complexities that exist when running a channel organization. This will be our first of a few hires in this business function, so there is room for growth and upward mobility for someone who can demonstrate their aptitude in this space. 

 

Key duties and responsibilities: 

  • Build and drive the operational strategy for the development and implementation of automation and processes.

  • Demonstrate consistent improvement in repeatability and reliability of partner operational delivery. 

  • Development and oversight of regular operational commercial performance reports – you have strong Salesforce skills and know how to use them.

  • Solid understanding of analytics for business outcomes, trends, planning and forecasting.

  • Lead projects with regional and local teams, Finance and Legal to improve revenue forecast and reconciliation practices. 

  • Work cross-functionally to streamline our certification and activations of partner applications.

  • Keen focus on simplification, efficiency, and speed.

  • Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure partner programs are run and managed successfully in region.
