Purpose of role:
Keyloop is passionate about building the right products, at the right time for our customers. User Experience (UX) research is essential in ensuring we achieve this, using UX research to adjust our product direction and iterate based on user need. UX Research is a key role in the Product Design team who work cross functionally with product managers, developers, other stakeholders. There’s a huge amount of amazing work going on right now and because of this the team is growing!
We are looking for a talented and motivated UX Researcher to join an amazing team of designers and researchers. You will report directly to our Lead UX researcher. You will collaborate with people across the business and our customers to help deliver a world class suite of products for Keyloop, one of the worlds leading automotive software companies. Our ideal candidate will have conducted multiple UX research projects, supporting wider product teams with their findings.
This is a chance to make an impact in a business that is on a transformation journey of its own. You’ll be hands-on in UX research, analysis and presenting your findings back whilst also actively promoting the voice of UX research throughout out our global business. The outcomes of your work will ultimately impact thousands of users worldwide.
Skills and Experience
Hold a solid understanding of a wide range of research methods and be able to confidently formulate an appropriate method mix to deploy on a project to project basis.
Have a strong sense of empathy and a passion for getting out there and understanding our users.
Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with stakeholders, customers and users.
Demonstrable experience of using research methods to guide product success.
Experience navigating in a larger organisation, 500+ people, would be preferable.
You will own multiple concurrent research projects, formulating a strategy and executing this to deliver insights to wider product teams.
You will work with Product Designers and Product Managers to guide problem solving and empower decision making through research.
You will frequently run both in person and remote (online) sessions to uncover user behaviours.
You will frequently share learnings from discovery sessions with internal and sometimes external stakeholders.
You will help in leading the organisation to better understand UX Research and its value in developing market leading solutions.
Great if you..
Have used quantitative analytic tools along side the qualitative skill set .
The ability to communicate in other languages is a big bonus.
Have experience of running online and in person workshops
