Product Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to join our growing team. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our product development processes and optimizing operational efficiencies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving excellence in Product Development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development Support:

   • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to support the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

   • Assist in defining and refining product development processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

   • Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments to streamline product operations - removing the cognitive load from our product managers.

2. Process Optimization:

   • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in all aspects of the product development workflows and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

   • Continuously monitor and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product operations processes and operating frameworks

   • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and reduce time-to-market for new products

   • Experience sourcing tooling and designing frameworks to support Keyloop Product teams to scale and scale their product offerings 

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

   • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to product development and operational processes.

   • Generate regular reports and insights to assist management in making data-driven decisions.

   • Identify trends and patterns to inform strategic product decisions and optimize resource allocation.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications.

5. Documentation and Training:

   • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of product operations processes, standards, and best practices.

   • Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent adherence to operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in product operations, project management, or a related role within a technology-driven organization.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• To be able to tell a story with insights and present recommendations at all levels of the business

• Proficiency in project & product management tools, data analysis software including Tableau, PowerBI, Sharepoint and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies as well as Jira is a plus.
